Sealcoating

Crack Filling
Crack Filling is essential for preserving asphalt surfaces. Our services cleans and fills these cracks, with high quality sealant . This allows a temporary fix by applying a hot sealant, this is generally a better option for pavement cracks wider or deeper than 1/4 inch.
For smaller cracks that are shallower than 1/4 inch, we use a cold sealant which is easier to apply but not as durable.
It is best recommended to be done in the spring all through fall when temperatures are mild. This is when cracks are at midpoint, not fully open such as in the winter nor closed as in the summer. It is important to extend the life of your pavement and prevent debris from entering.
Spray Applied Sealant
